In 2015, Backbones Founder, Reveca Torres, introduced ReelAbilities to Chicago. Screened at esteemed venues around the Chicago area, this free, five-day event brought together and honored the differently able community. Through an impressive selection of films, panel discussions, exhibits and performances, ReelAbilities epitomized the differently able experience.
